I was in Washington D.C. last week for the American Historical Association (AHA) annual conference. While I didn’t attend much of anything of the actual conference (I was there only for AHA interviews really, but I did check out the publisher exhibit hall…mmmm, cheap books), I did get to hang out with some good friends, some I see regularly and some I don’t see often enough.
